Availability

In Labs: turn on “incident.io, Rootly, Opsgenie, Datadog, Linear, Jira and generic webhooks” in Settings → Labs.

How deliveries are checked

A per-workspace token, sent as Authorization: Bearer <token>.

Set up

In Jira → Automation, add a rule “Issue created” → “Send web request” to this URL with the header Authorization: Bearer <token> and the issue data as the body. Only issue types Bug and Incident, or the label incident, are taken.
