Generic webhook

Anything that can send a signed JSON webhook (Standard Webhooks).

Availability: In Labs: turn on “incident.io, Rootly, Opsgenie, Datadog, Linear, Jira and generic webhooks” in Settings → Labs.
How deliveries are checked: Signed with Standard Webhooks using a secret Aftershock generates.
Repository mapping: Service → repository
Set up: Send {"type":"incident.created","data":{"id","title","description","service","url"}}, signed with Standard Webhooks (webhook-id, webhook-timestamp, webhook-signature) using the secret generated here.
